What is made to order?

Made to order means each piece is lovingly crafted only after you place your order. This approach allows us to focus on quality over quantity, reduce waste and overproduction, and offer a more inclusive range of sizes tailored to your needs. Every garment is created just for you with thoughtful care and attention.

 

How long will it take for my item to be made and shipped?  

Most orders require 4-6 weeks for production. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped promptly, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

I need my item sooner—do you offer rush production?

We understand that some pieces are needed in time for special moments. If you would like to request expedited production, please email us at info@akianicole.com before placing your order. We’ll let you know if we're able to accommodate your request based on our current capacity. A rush production fee may apply.

 

What are ready to ship items?

Ready to ship items are select pieces that have already been crafted and are available for immediate shipment, typically within 3–5 business days. These items are noted as “Ready to Ship” in the product description and are offered in limited quantities—once they’re gone, they may not be restocked.

 

How many pieces do you make of each style?

Our pieces are intentionally produced in limited quantities, guided by the fabrics we’re able to source and our commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship. Because of this, many styles are not restocked once they’re gone. If a piece catches your eye, we recommend securing it while it’s still available.

 

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes—I’m happy to accept custom orders when my schedule allows. If you have a specific design or idea in mind that isn’t currently offered on the website, please email me at info@akianicole.com with the subject line Custom Order Request to begin the conversation. From there, I’ll let you know if I can accommodate your vision and provide next steps.

 

Can I return my order?

As each piece is thoughtfully made to order just for you, we do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer exchanges and complimentary alterations to ensure the perfect fit.
