Refund policy

Since all of our items are made to order just for you we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your pieces we do offer exchanges (for equal value) and free alterations. Please note, custom orders and pieces made in custom sizing cannot be exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@akianicole.com within 14 days of receiving your package. You will then be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, buyers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items and personal protective wear (masks). Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
