PROCESSING TIME

Processing times may vary per item. Please refer to the product page for more information. 

Note, most items are made to order by me in my studio in Atlanta,GA. This means that most items are not made until an order is placed and paid for. For made to order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for your item to be made and shipped once purchased.  

If you need your order sooner, please email me at info@akianicole.com and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please note, a rush fee may be applied.

SHIPPING

US Shipping

All US orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. Shipping time will vary depending on location and may take longer during holiday seasons. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery updates.

All orders over $200 will ship for free. Shipping costs for all other orders will be calculated at checkout. 

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside of the United States, shipping will be provided via your choice of UPS or Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. Please select your preference at checkout.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery updates. Note, delivery times may take longer for international orders. Delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control.

*Please note, Akia Nicole is not responsible for any lost, stolen or tampered with packages. If your item was any of the aforementioned, you will need to file a claim with your local post office.
